Catalog description: The Y of Honolulu’s personal training terms and conditions are as follows: 1. All sessions must be completed on or before contract expires, 1 year from purchase date. 2. The YMCA of Honolulu reserves the right to provide a qualified substitute trainer in the event the original assigned trainer is unavailable to conduct workouts. 3. A 24 hour cancellation is required, otherwise the member will be charged for the session (at the trainer’s discretion). 4. No refunds will be offered on personal training sessions. 5. A cancellation fee of $50 will be applied to the client’s account in order to receive an account credit for the remaining, unused sessions OR to transfer sessions to a family member with a Y membership should the client be unable to complete the remaining sessions.
