Description
Training for 12- to 14-year-olds who want to be strong and healthy. The class will focus on safety, etiquette and proper technique in workout areas and equipment, and discuss character development and basic nutrition. Parents must attend the first class. Participants must complete at least 7 of the 8 sessions.
