General Program Refund Policy
100% refund, transfer or credit on account if the Department cancels the program. If the customer cancels at least 5 days in advance of the program start date, a 100% transfer or credit on account or an 85% check or credit card refund is available. In the event of a medical refund request, 100% refund will be granted pending verification. No refund will be given if the customer request fall within 5 days of the program start date.

***Special Events Refund Policy***
No refunds will be made once an application has been accepted and a confirmation letter has been mailed. Applications that are not approved will receive a full refund. All Special Events will occur rain or shine so please plan accordingly. There is no rain date and refunds will not be given due to inclement weather.

****Refund/Credit Processing Policy****
For all requested check refunds, please allow 4-6 business weeks for processing. Credit and debit card refunds will be processed in 3-5 business days, and will show on the customer's next statement. All credits from registrations must be used within 30 days of credit given. Any credit not used will be refunded minus a 15% processing fee.

Pictures or video clips may be taken while participating in the City of Rocky Mount Parks and Recreation Programs. If you do not concur, please contact the Parks and Recreation Office at 252-972-1151.
