REFUND INFORMATION CLASSES/WORKSHOPS - CITY STAFF CAMPS & INSTRUCTOR CAMP

CITY SUMMER DAY & PINT SIZE CAMPERS REFUND POLICY
- $25 REFUND FEE applies to withdrawals with 7 days or more notice
- $50 REFUND FEE applies to withdrawals with 6 days or less notice.
- NO REFUNDS OR TRANSFERS ONCE CAMP HAS BEGUN.

INSTRUCTOR CAMP REFUNDS
Participant must request a refund prior to the start of the 2nd day of camp. A refund fee will be charged equivalent to a single day of participation based upon the cost of the camp, unless otherwise noted. After commencement of the 2nd day of camp no refunds will be processed. Refunds requested before the commencement of the first day of camp will be charged a refund fee of $10 for camps $74 and under and $20 for camps $75 and above.

CLASS / WORKSHOP REFUND POLICY

Unless otherwise noted - A $10 per class administration fee will be charged for each class refund request with a class fee of $74 and below and a $20 per class administration fee will be charged for each class refund request with a class fee of $75 and above. Refunds are only approved if requested before the 2nd class meeting.

One-or two day workshops requires a request within 5 business before the class starts to be issued a refund.

NO REFUNDS for Drop-In registration.
