City Resident Policy - Residents are considered to be those who live within city limits. Please be aware that not all Crown Point addresses will be within the city limits. Individuals living outside city limits can be subject to non-resident rates. Should you have any questions regarding residency, please contact us.
Class Cancellations - Parks and Recreation reserves the right to make revisions that will allow a program to run or cancel programs if necessary. Weather dependent programs and events may be canceled or rescheduled if necessary.
Missed Classes and Programs - If you have registered for a program and do not believe you will make it to the program, you should inform the parks office at least one week prior to the class. Once a request is made, a refund may be processed. Any refund request submitted after one week before the start of the program will be up to the discretion of the Parks Department. No refunds will be given for trips.
Photo Policy - On occasion, Crown Point Parks and Recreation staff and local media may take photographs and/or video of programs, participants and people using the parks. Please be aware that they may be used for future publications or media.
Refund Policy - All programs are subject to cancellation and/or rescheduling. Refunds may or may not be given.
