Family Fun with Dim Sum
Have fun with cooking together then enjoying the following Dim Sum Classics. On the menu: Rice and Bok Choi Shao Mai Dumplings; Baked Vegetable Spring Rolls with Sweet Dipping Sauce; Sweet and Sour Leek Buns; Congyoubing (Chinese Scallions pancakes); Chinese Butter Cookies. Instructor: Chef Joel Olson.
