Your Privacy Rights

PRIVACY POLICY: Your name, address, telephone number and other non-statutory protected data is private and cannot be given to the general public, including third parties for direct mail or advertising purposes. Montgomery County Parks and Recreation (MCPR) and Montgomery County needs this information for the enrollment of a participant in recreational programming and/or facility reservations, and in order to be able to contact you, if necessary. If the information is not provided, the participant may not be able to enroll in the requested program and/or reserve the facility(ies). The information you provide may be released to: persons authorized to have access to the information under state or federal law; persons authorized by court order to have access to the information; persons to whom you have given written consent to have access to the information; and all individuals employed by or entities under contract with MCPR and/or Montgomery County who have a need and right to know the information in order to administer, manager and improve MCPR programming or facilities.
