Your name, address, telephone numbers are private and Madison School & Community Recreation (MSCR) will not share this information, except as described in this notice. MSCR collects the information for your enrollment as a participant in a recreational program and to enable us to contact you if necessary. If you do not provide the information, you may not be able to enroll in the requested program.
The information you provide may be released to: persons authorized by law; persons to whom you have given written consent to access the information; and individuals employed by (or entities under contract with) MSCR who have a need and know the information in order to administer, manage or improve MSCR programming. HOWEVER, please note that the entry of your information into the automated registration system provided by Active Network is subject to the Privacy Policy posted upon Active Network's website.
