The City of Vermillion, in making this recreation activity available for your participation or that of your child assumes no responsibility for injury. The responsibility for injury is assumed entirely by participant and/or parents or guardian. Participants in recreational activities are not covered by any special insurance coverages, therefore, participants should have adequate insurance coverage. By registering in a Parks and Recreation program, each registrant consents to the free and unrestricted use of their name and/or likeness (including photographs, videotapes, and other depictions) by the Vermillion Parks and Recreation Department.
